The Eco Collection, Swanbourne homes were designed to set a new standard of sustainable living in Perth. Rated at six stars for energy performance, they are expected to use 50% less energy for heating and cooling than a conventional home.Judges said the project “integrated sustainability with a good design outcome, and showed that sustainability is becoming mainstream”.
